No you don't have to follow a set diet plan, you have no doubt tried that before and being told what you must eat, well that doesn't work for most of us.
Instead I will teach you to write your own daily 3 minute plan which will help you to keep promises to yourself and form a healthier relationship with your food choices.
The food options will be foods you choose to eat.
I Recommend 1-2 pounds per week, this is a sensible and sustainable rate.
This is not a quick fix where you lose weight quickly and then regain quickly.
I have found with previous members that some often lose more than the 1 or 2 pounds each week in the first few weeks.
You will have access to a private Facebook group where there is a lovely community of women just like you who offer encouragement and inspiration.
I'm also there offering support and cheerleading you on all the way.
You can come ask questions and share your story, you are free to participate as much or as little as you like.
It's completely your choice however I've found the more you put into something the more you get out of it.
Also if you prefer not to join the Facebook group that's ok too. This is your program and you can do it however you like.
I get asked this question a lot!
Hypnosis can be described as a way to focus your attention while in a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes referred to as trance.
Though the word trance can sometimes scare people, hypnosis is nothing to be scared or nervous about at all.
In a hypnotic state (which feels different for everybody, even me and I've experienced hypnosis hundreds of times) a person's attention is just focused so they are open to making positive changes in their thinking and eventually in their actions.
Some of the audios in the program are beautifully relaxing and others are a bit more punchy to motivate and spur you on to make change.
The effects of weight loss hypnosis can not only help you lose weight but it can also make you feel more confident, powerful and mentally strong.
