Instead I will teach you to write your own daily 3 minute plan which will help you to keep promises to yourself and form a healthier relationship with your food choices.
The food options will be foods you choose to eat.
I Recommend 1-2 pounds per week, this is a sensible and sustainable rate.
This is not a quick fix where you lose weight quickly and then regain quickly.
However previous members have often lost more than 1 or 2 pounds each week in the first few weeks.
